President John Rosenfeld
With a passion for problem-solving, John is called to challenge antiquated banking norms that hold consumers back from achieving their financial goals. His insights have been featured in American Banker, Banking Dive, Tearsheet, The Financial Brand and other leading financial publications. He’s also lent his perspective to several podcasts, including Banking Transformed and GOBankingRates’ Live Richer podcast.John has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, with an emphasis on consumer banking. Prior to joining Jenius Bank in 2021, John spent eight years in leadership at Citizens Access Digital Bank, first as Head of Everyday Banking and later as company President. Before that, he served in leadership roles at TD Ameritrade and Bank of America, and was one of the first e-commerce leadership hires at General Electric. John served a total of seven years in the US Army – including two years as Commander in the Special Forces. He attended Norwich University in Vermont on a full ROTC scholarship, where he received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. John credits much of his leadership style to his military background, which he says taught him there is “no challenge you can’t eventually overcome.”
