• Additional carriers may be available and added at any time, however SMS may not be available for all carriers.

How to Opt-Out

Reply “STOP” to opt-out of additional messages. We will reply with a final text that confirms your request.

Updating Your Phone Number

Notify Jenius immediately if you change mobile or cell phone numbers or plan to give your phone to someone else. It is your responsibility to provide Jenius with a true, accurate and complete mobile number and to maintain and update promptly any changes in this information. You can update your mobile number by calling us at the phone number provided below.

Indemnification

If you provide telephone number(s) for which you are not the subscriber, or fail to notify Jenius when you cease to be the subscriber for a telephone number you previously gave Jenius, you agree to indemnify us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, servicers, contractors, and other partners and employees for any costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred as a result of Jenius contacting or attempting to contact you at the number(s). Your obligation under this paragraph shall survive termination of the loan agreement and/or your deposit account(s) as applicable.
